Back after a very long time.

Last here in 1991 we returned after 27 years. Amazingly the friendly member of staff who checked us in had worked at the Riviera since the 70s. He didnt remember us. Last time we were among the youngest of guests. This time we were still at the younger end of the age range 9although we guess we are now a mature couple. We booked a Beachfront Club room and asked for and were given an upper floor which had fantastic views. The room was really spacious and very comfortable, so was the bed. liked everything about it. We elected to go B&B as we thought it would be good to eat out. Buffet breakfasts were really good though, as were the lunchtime and bar snacks which were also good value for money. We visited the bar and its evening entertainment a few times and found it very good and had a dip in the small indoor pool. The hotel may have been modernised since our last visit but the service remains the same as before - excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. We would return.

Lovely break

We have been going to the riviera twice a year for the last ten years There have been many changes including the massive refurbishment, but we have always been made very welcome. The staff whom we have come to know over the years have always been lovely and very helpful Would recommend to anyone

Great but one small problem

Great hotel . Had sea facing room ,beautiful view . Sunshine from daybreak to sunset . One small problem . The fridge is enclosed in a cupboard with no ventilation and it gets very hot . Put some beers in and they didnt even get cold . Took fridge out of cupboard and the beers get cold . Dont know how you expect residents to keep beers cold in the middle of summer

Enjoyable Holiday

Visited this hotel over the past 5 years and it is a lovely hotel, where the staff are helpful and pleasant, set in an ideal position right on the promenade. Buses stop outside and the food was as good as ever.

everything was even better tha n before,food stunning staff nice and everything was very clean the weather was also playing along 21 dgr we had a super holiday thank you we will be back

BEST HOTEL IN BENLMADENA

LOVELY ROOMS, 1ST CLASS SELECTION OF FOOD. EXCELLENT STAFF. FROM RECEPTION TO RESTAURANT TO CLEANERS AND EVERYWHERE SPOTLESS. IDEAL LOCATION. WOULD DEFINATLY RECOMMEND AS ONE OF THE BEST ADULT ONLY HOTELS. THE YOUNG ENTERTAINMENT STAFF WHERE BRILLIANT AND TRIED HARD TO PLEASE. ONLY CRITISM IS SOME OF THE OTHER ENTERTAINERS SANG SAME SONGS AS EACH OTHER. AND WHILE I APPRECIATE THAT MOST GUESTS ARE OLDER,THEY DO NOT WANT THE SINGER TO SAY ROCK IN YOUR CHAIR?. THEY ARE NOT QUITE READY FOR THE KNACKERS YARD YET. AND MAYBE A LITTLE ABBA OR 80S OR 90S SONGS WOULD HAVE GOT MORE PEOPLE UP DANCING.
