Perfecto todo
Todo excelente los recepcionistas. Toni, Laura, Ana........ servicio de restaurante . Agustín, Manolo, Mario...... chicas de limpieza , chico de mantenimiento el cubano todos un encanto muy atentos ya hemos ido varias veces y volveremos sin dudarlo lo recomendamos .

Servicios del hotel
Desayuno muy pobre - Cenas mal cocinadas que no responden a la carta y repetitivas por ser siempre la misma carta - Personal de comedor alguno no todos falta saber estar y tratar al cliente - Recepción estupenda- Servicio limpieza perfecto.

LOVELY STAFF

Generally very good, the breakfast hot food was cold would be the main gripe. In the room the bed pillows were a bit hard

Great Hotel - wonderful staff
Having stayed at the Agir several times previously, we were looking forward to seeing the new refurb version. Bar and reception area are fab, the rooftop pool area is amazing - better than many high end hotels we have stayed. However, the junior suite lacks wardrobe space badly. The allocated area is partly above the safe and shelving unable to hang even a polo shirt and the other is above drawers unable to hang any longline top - forget hanging a dress. There is sufficient room to provide full length hanging. The bed was very comfortable, and massive improvement in the bathroom, with large walk in shower. Overall, we had a great stay and already looking forward to next time.

Long weekend
A very pleasant stay in a clean comfortable hotel well located near to the center of Benidorm. We ate two evening meals in the restaurant and we were very satisfied with our meals. Good,wide choice for breakfast. Friendly staff
