Genial
En general perfecto todo , habitación , trato , comida . La bienvenida con cava fue un plus . Lo único malo es que solo estuvimos 1 día . Ojalá Podamos repetir pronto En uno de vuestros hoteles . Muchas gracias

Regular visitor 27+ yrs
Love this hotel and would not go anywhere else in Benidorm to stay. Treated like family. Beautiful rooms & very clean. Lots of food choice. Most of all great staff. Only criticism the entertainment is old and needs a full overhaul as seeing same acts over & over again with same songs & jokes!

5 day break
Hotel very clean although a little tired in places Food ok although no gala nights as other medplaya hotels.Bar and waiter staff very friendly.Breakfast freshly made omelettes lovely Reception staff helpful and friendly.The only gripe was that bed sheets not changed at all for the 5 night stay Location was great Pool side nice and clean and hired towels which saved luggage space.We were in room 111 and had no problem with noise the patio doors were efficient.In summary a good break we are in our 50 s most were a lot older so not much atmosphere but that’s not the hotels fault

Great hotel to stay at
I have booked with riudor about 8 times as it is central to everything food great rooms fantastic entertainment good I have never seen any hen or stag parties at it great adults only hotel highly recommend hotel

Fantastic

Nice time
Lovely hotel and staff nice room 601 unable to open balcony because of noise from wikiki bar music to loud but that’s Benidorm
