This was our 5th time staying at the hotel, great location all the staff are great and really friendly. Room cleaned everyday. Food decent quality could do poached eggs at breakfast time. Good drinks on the all inclusive package. 1 downfall the pool snack bar stopped serving food half way through the holiday it would have been nice to have been informed of this at the time of making the booking. I was not the only person that brought this up. Apart from this couldnt fault it. Great Halloween decorations especially the 7ft frankenstein that shocked a few guests.

We always stayvin Riudor this visit the food wasnt great and cold with very little option. The staff are always pleasant and Sandra is fantastic

My favourite hotel in Benidorm
The Riudor is my favourite hotel in Benidorm. I have been there several times. The location is superb. All the staff are friendly and the hotel is well organised.

Lovely break
The hotel overall is excellent with all of the staff the best we have ever known anywhere,the location is perfect.The only downside for us was the food which is never hot enough,but we cannot wait to return.

Nice stay
We stayed for 4 nights. This was our first time at Riudor, previously used other med playa hotels. The location is brilliant, very close to shops and all nightlife. The staff were amazing, especially Sandra. The food cart was delicious, the main restaurant was ok, breakfast had excellent choice, lunch and main were hit and miss, we always found something or else ate out. The day entertainment was ok, they tried their best and the night entertainment was basic, not much happening. The rooms were spacious and always clean, the toiletries provided were top class. There was a storm when we were there so that put a cloud over the holiday but we made the most out of it. Would try a different Medplaya next time as this one suited more an older crowd as it was adult only.

Vacaciones perfectas
Es el cuarto año que vamos a éste hotel y siempre nos vamos encantados. El trato de todo el personal desde la recepción, restauración y personal de limpieza es extraordinario siempre atentos y muy profesionales. Las instalaciones están perfectas y la ubicación perfecta al lado de la playa y en plena calle con pubs para salir por la noche. Las habitaciones aíslan bastante el ruido así que no es problema. En definitiva, sitio perfecto para disfrutar de Benidorm y repetiremos el año que viene.
