Great value hotel.

Ive stayed at this hotel a few times in the the past two years. Its location is excellent. The food is good. Staff are so friendly its nice to see the same staff each time I come back. Its spotless clean. However the whole hotel looks tired and dated and could do with a freshening up.

Great hotel

Just back from a weeks holiday with my sister at the hotel. The staff are wonderful and work so hard. They go above and beyond in such a busy environment and are always smiling and helpful. We will definitely be back and were sorry to leave. A great hotel in benalmadena.

Viaje por temas familiares.

Como ya he indicado en anteriores ocasiones, estoy yendo a menudo por motivos familiares. Esta vez, no hice la reserva con mucha antelación y cuando llegué, nos dieron la habitación 720, bastante mal, hay un ruido desde las 6,30 de la mañana hasta las 22 horas. es por el tubo que va desde las cocinas hasta el tejado y justo está en la pared de la habitación. Por lo demás todo bien.

Another excellent stay

Had another enjoyable stay at Medplaya Alba Beach Balmoral.From the moment we arrived reception staff very helpful.Clean room great food in dining area.Lovely bar area .We are getting to know some staff.Paco in bar area very helpful..Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Benalmadena.Already planning to return again soon..

Another lovely stay

The staff are friendly and helpful. We had wanted a certain room, but unfortunately did not get it. They had chosen another room which, to our delight, was much better. The hotel is very clean. Cleaning is done several times a day. This is the second time we have been here and we will come again next year.
