Lovely hotel and staff

This was my first time staying at Balmoral. It was what I expected. Nice basic rooms, nice friendly efficient staff. The real measure is “would I book the hotel again” the answer is “yes”. ????

minor complaint

i have stayed at balmoral for the last eleven years i rate it the best value hotel 0n the costa value and always look forward going there each year this year i was annoyed as was many more people that the garden was not opened at 7 30 am as was always the case 9pm is too late could you please tell me the reason apart from that i would rate the hotel 10 out of 10

La mejor relación calidad-precio

Llevamos cerca de 20 años yendo a este hotel y cada vez mejor . Merece la pena escoger la habitación superior por su equipamiento y orientación. El hotel tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar para pasar unas magnificas vacaciones . Lo mejor su equipo humano siempre pendiente de que todo esté perfecto

Espectacular

Hemos tenido una de las mejores vacaciones , la comida de muy buena calidad y muy bueno el servicio. La animación espectacular , Ana,Abel,Manu, nos hicieron pasarlo más divertido . La piscina un poco pequeña para mi gusto , pero tanto la chica socorrista , como las camareras del chiringuito excepcionales , Claudia me preparo los mejores combinados .
