Perfectooooo

Había mucha gente por la época que es y aún así nos hemos sentido súper bien. La persona que nos hizo el checking nos dió la tarjeta para el desayuno en la que ponía la hora pero nos recomendó hacer un poquito antes y siendo obedientes así lo hicimos y fue todo un acierto. Puedo decir que mi hija de siete años no me dejará ir a ningún otro hotel Por esa zona

Not the best stay

The reception staff 2 in particular was very rude and unhelpful which wasn’t a good start to the holiday. Not all pools were open which is something I asked before I booked and was told it would be. The main pool was freezing cold should have been warmer. The premium drinks were not that much different and not a good variety. Entertainment wasn’t great but we enjoyed karaoke night. Food was ok could be cooked more with more show cooking variety. Rooms and hotel very clean The amigo card management in the hotel was very helpful and informative Overall it was an ok stay for the price we paid but wouldn’t recommend

Excellent

Great value. The quality of food and beverages on the all inclusive was great. Went with young kids who loved every minute. Super close to shops and restaurants. Staff super helpful with great English language skills too. Suite cleaned every day to high standard. Clean and comfortable.
