Good Value
Enjoyed our stay despite the weather. Very clean hotel, comfortable, clean rooms and was good good. The only thing that let the hotel down was the miserable bar staff and one member of the reception staff was extremely rude one evening. I think maybe some of the staff could do with some customer service training. Yes it’s the end of the season but you still have paying guests! Apart from that a great hotel !

poor noise insulation, in the room can hear what happen in the nearest room over wall, and also in upstairs room. Food range should be better for kids, other way kids should eat the same food every morning

Great location
Great location, good variety of food. The only downside was the rude guy serving drinks during lunch and dinner, he was never happy to accept payment by card. We will look out for any deals to spend christmas in Salou or nearby area as we loved the location.

Séjour au top. .. Depuis maintenant 4 ans nous y passons nos vacances doctobre. .. Avec une nouvelle décoration des chambres trop belle et un personnel toujours aussi accueillant

Cannot Fault It
I have stayed here five times, this year in august with my son and granddaughter in an apartment which was fantastic, again last week in hotel room the only downside was no fridge. But overall I would recommend this hotel to everyone. From management down to cleaners they do a fantastic job and are willing to help everyone. Thank you all, by the way the other 3 times were 2011, 2012 and 2013.

Excelente pero con matices
Estuvimos genial en el hotel, durante el puente del Pilar, con el objetivo de ir a Port Aventura. Solamente pondría dos pegas, en la reserva se nos indicó que tendríamos bañera en la habitación, y no era así, y el tema de los horarios de las cenas... Entiendo que esté pensado para turistas extranjeros principalmente, pero si quieren también cuidar al turista español, es imposible que el horario del bufete de cena, sea solamente hasta las 21:30 horas, esa es la hora mínima a la que cenamos de normal los españoles. Por lo demás, el lugar es perfecto. Gracias.
