excellent all round hotel

good hotel in a prime position..good choice of food, rooms comfortable and clean. not a hotel for children.

A pleasant holiday

Our fourth visit to the Pez Espada and all went well. We stayed in one of the suites and enjoyed the extra space and that we could relax on the balcony without seeing anyone else if we wanted to.

Spring break

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel in excellent location, all staff we encountered were highly professional and helpful especially in the restaurant. Restaurant was really lovely to dine in and food was plentiful and of good quality. This is our hotel of choice in this area and we plan to return later in the year.

Comfortable but dont book Club Room

Stayed in a Club Room for a week and it was very comfortable but where it was situated was awful. No direct light and the lighting in the room was very dim. I would like to say that the staff were very good but everything you needed to know you had to ask about. There was no information in the rooms about any happy hours or whether there was a charge for the mini fridge etc. A little more info would be very helpful. Prices in Frankies Bar were very high and I think the main bar should have been open more considering the weather wasnt great and there were very few seats available in the main salon because people were staying in.

Enjoyable short stay

My flight was cancelled so I needed somewhere to stay for 3 nights. The receptionist was extremely helpful and even though the website said only 2 nights were available, he found me a room for 3 nights. It was a very good price for half board. I have stayed here previously and so knew the hotel and area well. Food is very good. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Wish I could have stayed longer! One thing I didn’t like was the way the entertainment was displayed. It was so much easier and quicker to see what was happening when it was written on the board rather than having to go through a weeks entertainment to find out what was happening that day. Would definitely stay there again.

Schöner Aufenthalt!

Das Hotel bietet alles für einen Langzeitaufenthalt. Tolle Lage, großzügige Räume, sehr nettes Personal, ausgezeichneter Service , besonders im Restaurant und sehr gutes Essen!
