Nuestro agradecimiento y sugerencias

Hemos quedado sumamente satisfechos, como cada año. Simplemente una anotación, las habitaciones, para los clientes que vamos siendo mayores, serian mas confortables con plato de ducha en lugar de bañera. Y un pequeño apéndice, hay un peldaño en el acceso al baño de la piscina, sumamente peligroso, con mal acceso y fácilmente remediable, mejor antes que cuando alguna persona se caiga. Y el aire acondicionado del hall, excesivo, nadie podemos sentarnos ahí. Siempre los clientes huimos de ahí, ni siquiera por la noche cuando tocan el piano. Tal vez sea una estrategia del hotel para mantener ese espacio despejado, pero no me parece. Seria un ahorro para ustedes y un beneficio para nosotros, pero como les digo, muy agradecidos por el trato y el servicio recibido y volveremos si Dios quiere, el próximo año.

Lovely Hotel

Lovely Hotel in an excellent position. We were with our Daughter, Husband, 4 yr old Grandaughter and 6 month old Grandson, the staff were wonderful with them always made time to speak to them. Grandaughter loved the entertainment. This was our second visit and will be back in the future.

ESTANCIA PERFECTA......pero no soporto que consistais a ciertos ingleses que se crean que la piscina infantil sea un jacuzzi, bebiendo y fumando NO SE DEBERIA CONSENTIR

We have been to this hotel 3 times and this year we booked a suite direct through Med Playa as our normal tour operator could not offer the package we wanted. The service was faultless and as usual the hotel and staff were brilliant. We will definitely book direct in future.

Prima hotel!

Prima hotel met goed eten, mooie kamer, vriendelijk personeel. Over het algemeen veel ouderen gasten. Enige min punt is dat er toegestaan wordt dat de gasten handdoeken neerleggen op de stoelen in de tuin rondom zwembad, heb meerdere malen gezien vanaf het balkon dat dit al om 7.00 uur s ochtends gebeurt!!

Lovely hotel, staff very good, food excellent. Could do with more comfortable chairs in the entertainment room. Overall a great stay.
