Excellent

Had a great time. Our room on the 12th floor was great perhaps on the small side for a family of 3 but lovely, food and service was great, entertainment the best Ive had in over 30 years in Benidorm. Downside is the public areas ie toilets, which need totally refurbished and the bungalow A1 I was given as a courtesy room was absolutely disgusting and no hairdryer. I am aware you are in the process of upgrading and when this is complete I would say the hotel should be a 3+ We will be back

Stay at rio park

Brilliant time again at rio park staff all very friendly great team and entertainment team especially jade great with my daughter morgan thanx for a great holiday and hope too see u all soon again thank you

MINI HOLIDAY

GOOD LOCATION AWAY FROM THE NOISE OF THE STRIP. EXCELLENT BREAKFAST AND DINNER BUFFET. WILL COME AGAIN.

Overnight stay

Have stayed at the Rio Park many times. The superior room was well worth the extra money, even Medplaya beach towels included! A bit disappointed with the animation team, they seemed a bit flat but maybe thats cos am used to Kevin being so extrovert and he isnt there anymore!

Best family hotel

We had a fantastic time here and will most difinately be returning. The shows in the evening are superb and very professionally done. The best family hotel we have stayed in benidorm. Highly recommended to anyone wanting a fun packed holiday. A+++++++

great hotel

great hotel, has everything for all ages, felt the bathrooms wee a bit unsatisfactory, ceiling tiles required replaced in the shower area and the flooring could be replaced, older gent at the bar a bit grumpy
