Mogło być lepiej
Brak sali zabaw dla dzieci,która jest na zdjęciach. Problem z transferem powrotnym i transportem rowerów przez firmę Benniconnect współpracującą z hotelem.

Drogi Maja Dziękujemy za poświęcenie czasu na podzielenie się uwagami na temat Hotelu Rio Park. Bardzo nam przykro słyszeć, że wystąpiły problemy z transferami lotniskowymi. Dopilnujemy, aby te kwestie były kontynuowane. Sala gier znajduje się tuż przy recepcji i jest otwarta codziennie dla wszystkich, przepraszamy, jeśli ci o tym nie poinformowano. Un finde estupendo
Tanto las instalaciones y las habitaciones muy bien, todo el personal fantástico, la comida muy buena, solo añadir que volvería muchos fines de semana pero hay restricciones y no me dejan reservar solo una noche.

Rio park
We just had a week stay at rio park Hotel was lovely but the dining hall food wasnt warm at all chairs in-between settings were dirty and not been clean . Tables not being cleared quick enough. Spoke to hotel manager in dining hall and he spoke to Nelson but no one came back to us we ate out a couple of times. Alot of people was warming food in microwaves which is not good.

Perfect place to be!
A great all rounder of a hotel. staff, area and rooms are lovely. Only one negative was on leaving there is no breakfast until 8.00am which means you cannot eat before an early flight. They will not provide a packed breakfast either which is a shame.

Muy bien
, ha sido un una estancia de relax y la pasamos muy bien por poner una pega a las 15 cierra la piscina en invierno y estaría bien que por lo menos en este tiempo que se puede aprovechar un poquito el sol hasta las 5 estaría bien otra cosa que nos pareció es que es un turismo directo a ingleses y aún sabiendo que hay turistas como nosotros españoles no hay animación para nosotros pero en general el Hotel instalaciones y personal todo perfecto

Babbacombe
The hotel and staff were great the entertainment was not as good as other years. We enjoyed staying at your hotel the right room was eventually found for us which we booked 1 year before.

Great hotel
The best hotel in the area.Reception staff very helpful nothing to much trouble.In fact all members of staff always smiling .If you have a car then park at the hotel in the street for free.Will be back later this month.

Great stay
We love the entertainment and the staff. Great for families and couples alike. The dining room is great and the food is varied. Weve been the last 4 weekends!!!
