Fantastic hotel
Rio park has been renovated to a very high standard the rooms are beautiful and spacious. We stayed in a family room with 4 adults and there was lots of room plenty of mirrors and plug sockets too . The stairwell is so modern as is the reception area. The staff are so so helpful and can’t do enough to help. I normally go to servigroup hotels but the last couple of times I’ve been to medplaya I think these are my favourite hotels. The pool area is big with lots and lots of sunbeds and lots of chairs and tables to sit on.

Mini break for losers
As always this hotel lives up to its reputation, friendly atmosphere, staff cape able and welcoming. Food good choice but could be hotter .

Vacaciones Halloween
Todo perfecto es nuestro hotel preferido, el staff es perfecto desde la mujer de la limpieza, animación, recepción, comedor todo el mundo, super limpio, las camas un poco incómodas.

nos ha encantado
todo bien,el hotel limpio y renovado,lo que falta cambiar los colchones,no son cómodos para dormir

Todo muy bien pero la animación es toda para ingleses
Esta fenomenal todo. Lo único que no me gustó fue la animación que esta toda hecha para ingleses. Y todo en ingles, de vez en cuando dicen algo en español pero vamos hasta el bingo era de canciones todas inglesas y todo en ingles, parecia q estabamos en Inglaterra en vez de en España.

Very Good hotel excellent staff.
The hotel was very good the staff are excellent the food seemed improved since we stayed at the same hotel 2 years ago. Will be back.

Estancia Estupenda
Hemos pasado una semana en octubre y encantados. La situación aunque no esté en primera ni segunda línea de playa está genial en 5 minutos estábamos en playa. Las habitaciones totalmente reformadas y limpias. Bufet más que bien, instalaciones genial. Los dos únicos peros que la animación estaba enfocada a los turistas británicos, pero es entendible ya que es el porcentaje más alto de su clientela. Y las piscinas enseguida les daba la sombra. Si volvemos a Benidorm sin duda volveremos a este hotel
