6 días increíbles
Unas vacaciones inolvidables, llenas de diversión y comodidad. El hotel le doy 4 estrellas 5 sin tuviera todo incluido. La limpieza, la comida, el personal muy amable y atento las monitoras que hacen actividades con los niños, encantadoras, hasta en las noches jugaban con los niños. Las piscinas divinas, con el salvavidas quien pacientemente cuidaba a todos. Hasta orientar a los niños traviesos.La comida, sabrosa y con variedad de frutas, postres y ensaladas.

Hotel familiar y de fiesta
Agrable estancia, ambiente excelente para los niños, muy seguro. Falla el café del desayuno que no se puede tomar.

First time in Benidorm!
Was a little apprehensive having heard various comments however fears soon disappeared, hotel brilliant, staff couldn’t have been more helpful although could have done with a few more. My room, immaculately clean and refreshed every single day! Certainly recommend Rio Park Hotel. Well done to management and staff, you should be proud!

In a word...SUPERB!!
After a major refurb, there was always going to be hiccups and teething problems. Being regulars 3 times per year, we were looking forward to this trip since January, when we had to go to a sister hotel. We were in from the opening day, and the improvements were there to see as soon as you walk in the door. You can see that a lot of euros have been spent, and not one wasted. A highlight for me was being able to go on the sun terracepool area for the first time in 5 years due to mobility problems. A brand new lift has been installed which takes you down. Good to see all the usual staff are still there, and the service standards have remained as they always have been...SUPERB. It may not be a 5 star hotel, but the food, entertainment, and staff certainly is.

Lovely Hotel. Food let’s it down
Everything about the upgraded rooms was fantastic. However the food was terrible. Although some of the show cooking meats were lovely there was never anything to make a full meal with.Also the children’s meals were always totally cold, with the option of warming them in a microwave. I don’t expect my children to have microwave meals! The evening entertainment was also a bit of a let down ,who wants to watch Disney Magic at 11 o’clock on an evening ? The daytime entertainment was very good with lots of activities

El Hotel me pareció bien, la limpieza de las habitaciones dejo un poquito que desear, y está todo enfocado a extranjeros, con lo cual no sentimos un poquito desubicados pero por todo lo demás muy bien

Contentos con la elección
El hotel cumplió con nuestras expectativas, calidad-precio, quizás se podría mejorar la calidad de algunos alimentos del catering y cenar con algo más de tiempo como clientes españoles que somos jejeje pero en términos generales todo bien!!!
