Hotel nice. Area for us was perfect. Food as expected. Couple of downsides - floors creak in rooms as they are laminate. Medplaya guests not treated as well as TUI. Overall decent hotel.

Great stay

Stayed for 3 nights in November, great room with a beautiful view. Hotel location is great very central and instant access to the promenade. Very clean with pleasant staff will definitely come back.

Hemos sido muy bien tratados por todo el personal y sobre todo por los que dan servicio en el bar de la piscina.

No improvement

Found the room had not be improved since last visit 2018. Had to visit the reception a couple of times to find no staff there and had to wait quiet a long time to be dealt with even when trying to check out

Hotel riviera

Wederom een fijn verblijf gehad. De badkamer mag wel een beetje opgeknapt worden en de vloer in de kamer heeft zijn langste tijd gehad. Animatie is voor ons niet nodig.

Good value for money

We had 2 rooms and both were perfect, sea view rooms with large corner balcony. The hotel is very clean and staff were always incredibly helpful. A super location, away from the busiest areas but with lovely walk to marina. Would completely recommend. Only negative was that, as is so often the way in Mediterranean, the hotel pool was too cold to spend much time in and the spa pool has to be bookedlimited numbers allowed due to Covid.

Most Relaxing Holiday , I had in Ages. Hotel was just Perfection . Couldnt fault anything

Lovely Hotel , very relaxing, staff couldnt do enough for you. Antonio working in the bar was a pleasure , so helpful. Trying to teach me Spanish, I honestly couldnt fault anything . next time , I stay, I would love a room looking down to the marina. Most enjoyable holiday, I had in a while. Thank you so much to all the staff.

Ubicación excelente. El trato del personal del hotel magnífico. En concreto Juan y Silvia se portaron de maravilla con nosotros al resolver una situación. Repetiremos sin ninguna duda.
