Time For A Change

I have been coming to this hotel almost every year for the past 21 years but I have decided that I will not be returning next year. I know things have to change and the staff are doing their absolute best with what they have but I feel they are not being supported enough. The queues at the restaurant at mealtimes can be horrendous and it doesnt matter what time you go the food is never hot or at the very least warm. The snack bar at the hotel can be a lifesaver for kids and adults alike but the food is lying there all day uncovered with flies landing on it. Regarding the entertainment I would say this is definitely lacking compared to former years. During the day the animation team are fantastic doing games for kids and adults alike but at night the entertainment is very poor. There used to be shows on most nights ,either done by the animation team or acts from outside which were great and the night was always finished off with the club dances which got everyone up and joining in, unfortunately this is no longer the case. I have no complaints regarding the rooms. We booked one of the updated rooms this year which were very spacious and comfortable. The only improvement I would suggest is for a full length mirror in the rooms. I absolutely love this hotel and the staff are absolutely brilliant but I think due to cutbacks the hotel is suffering and I feel very sad that this is the case.

10 night stay

I really love San Eloy it’s my family’s 4th time to stay here, everything is great at the hotel but I found this year the entertainment at night was more for adults too may quizzes my kids got quite board at night, we loved it when the entertainment team do shows

Apartamento reformado

Me hubiera gustado haber podido estar en un apartamento reformado en vez de en uno no reformado. Todo en si bien, lo único malo la comida.

Enantados con el hotel

Hemos pasado el fin de semana de san juan Nos a encantado el hotel fuimos con 3 niños y a sido genial tanto el apartamento que era nuevo como las instalaciones!! El personal inmejorable!!

Buenos días, en general el grupo de padres que reservamos en sant eloy salimos satisfechos relación calidad precio Bien lo unico la comida del buffet repetitiva supongo que en la mayoria de buffets pasa similar, la animación de las noches muy bien , hasta la proxima

Perfecto para ir en familia

Fuimos en mayo 2019 fiesta pirata, nos gustó tanto que reservamos para el fin de semana siguiente y volveremos a repetir en las vacaciones de este año. Lo pasamos fenomenal y los niños se lo pasan más que bien. Destacar la estupenda animación, las instalaciones y piscinas para niños pequeños. Muy buena relación calidad-precio.
