A Great Stay - as always.

I am, as always, very happy to stay at your Bali hotel in Benalmadena and also your other hotels. I say thank you for 10 good days over Christmas with gala dinner both 2412 which is Christmas Eve in Denmark where I come from and 2512 which is the real Christmas Eve. Thanks for another great stay.

Great hotel

I love the bali hotel I was there6 times 2019 I had a problem with the food but it was dealt with the chef was very understanding so I got what I wanted in the endxx

Xmas stay

Once again our stay was great on arrival greeted with a warm welcome we tayed in the new furnished apartments. Sea view great Few hiccups with the new apartments, socket was not secure in wall where there was wires showing new mirror broke. But all round the hotel was great staff was outstanding always helped with any problem food was once again spoiled for choose. Cant wait my next visit in February. Thanks to all working there

Great again

6th time in this hotel and it never fails us. The staff will always help You find what you need and always with a smile we asked for a specific room and we got it so thanks again. We will be back

a little disappointed

I have been a guest here for many years and as usual was delighted with our room, the hotel staff - friendly and helpful as ever, and the facilities provided. Our one big disappointment was the food especially the breakfast. For years Medplaya have been renowned with their British guests for the quality of breakfast ingredients - no more - the delicious crispy bacon is no longer available and upon enquiry was told that it would not be returning, no-one ate the scrambled egg, perhaps like me they have experienced reconstituted powdered egg before and the breakfast sausages were awful. The breads and cold cuts etc were still good but Brits love their Breakfast - Full English please. Breakfast was the major talking point amongst the familiar faces we knew and all comments were detrimental. I am returning soon and hope things go back to normal - if not, well there are lots of competitors who would like my custom.

Me encanta el hotel bali benalmádena

Me gusta mucho este hotel y ya e ido muchas veces la reforma le va a venir muy bien porque las habitaciones están un poco antigua das. La comida es excelente y el personal de todo el hotel súper amable. Volveré una y mil veces porque me gusta mucho y también la zona.... Mandarme muchas oferta para poder ir más... ✌️

good short break

All really good, food super but not that hot and no warm plates so went cold very quickly, but selection fantastic tastes.
