this was our fifth time at the hotel bali it was fantastic as ever really enjoyed our stay the entertainment was excellent so was the entertainment team food excellent staff perfect even down to the room maids cannot fault this hotel in any way hope to be back soon

Lovely Hotel

We recently stayed at this Hotel for 5 nights all inclusive. We had a lovely room on 8th floor overlooking the pool and beach, it was a fantastic view and a brilliant holiday. would definitely recommend and hopefully will be returning some time soon .

This was our 2nd time to stay here, love this hotel overall, clean and the new splash pool is brilliant, entertainment team are second to none, they put on some excellent shows and were so friendly. We were lucky enough to be there while the foam party was on which was just brilliant! Only complaint is the very slow bar service especially when your all inclusive as a lot of the staff tend to ignore you to serve paying customers and a lot of the bar staff were just standing around chatting to eachother while the qeue got bigger and bigger so a trip to the bar could take 20 mins some nights and while a show is on and then your only allowed get 2 drinks. It was the same slow service down in the sunny view cafe with the exception of 1 bar lady who was actually pregnant, we loved to see her behind the bar cause she was fast and efficient and friendly! But overall we enjoyed our stay here. Reception staff were lovely and very helpful.

la comida ha sido lo q menos me ha gustado

Las instalaciones del hotel estan muy bien, la atencion del personal muy bien lo que no me ha gustado mucho ha sido la comida

diver vacaciones

en general bastante bien en todo lo que conprende al cuestionario lo hemos pasado bien y disfrutado de todo aquello que ha sido posible, comentar que el personal que tienen en distintas ubicaciones han sido en general bastante agradables que se agradece mucho y aunque en alguna ocasion no haya sido asi comprendo perfectamente las situaciones y considero que como personas tenemos que comprender muchas gracias en general por haber hecho que estas vacaciones hayan sido maravillosas para mi familia un saludo y muchas gracias

Buen hotel pero...

Instalaciones y personal del hotel buenos. Comidas insipidas y pensado para los extranjeros. Habitaciones buenas pero mucho ruido e insonorizada, se escuchaba todo de las habitaciones proximas no se descansa NADA.
