Very good as usual but felt entertainment was centered more for the Spanish clients as opposed to the British but as we dont stay to often for it because of reason given not to worried

No había aire acondicionado

Nos alojamos en las vacaciones de navidad una noche. Ese día hacía bastante calor y al llegar a la habitación hacía muchísimo calor. Encendimos el aire y lo que salía era caliente, por lo tanto decidimos dejar la puerta de la terraza abierta. Tras volver de dar un paseo, seguís haciendo bastante calor y al ver q no salía aire llamamos a recepción y nos dijeron que no había aire acondicionado , que lo que podíamos hacer era cerrar para que no saliera la calefacción. La verdad es que en otra ocasión fuimos a este hotel y había aire acondicionado y la verdad es que cd hicimos la reserva uno de los servicios que ofrecen es aire acondicionado. Así que no lo entiendo.

Segunda vez en el hotel está igual de contenta con el servicio ofrecido: animaciones constantes para adultos y niños, parque infantil cerrado para mayor seguridad, multitud de salas para estar y poder jugar los niños, habitaciones cómodas, personal excelente y comida espectacular. Repetiremos sin duda!

Viaje de Navidad

La estancia muy bien para pasar unos días en familia, la comida buena y variada. Espectaculos chulos, lo malo que si quieres verlos bien tienes q ir a las 8 a coger sitio, porque hay columnas que tapan la visión.

Fantastic Location

I have stayed with my three children in this fantastic Bali hotel, where the staff are very friendly and professional, and location is great. the selection and variety of food is absolutely delicious. we will definitely use it again in our future visit to the south of Spain.

Brilliant.

My second long stay at the Bali and I loved it as much as my first stay. It is so restful being there and I feel totally safe and secure. Good value for money. The restaurant staff cannot be faulted, always so nice and the hardest working people I have ever seen. Cleaning of rooms first rate and again staff cheerful. I had a great room with a full sea view and sun on the balcony all day, just what I requested. The Bali buffet is the best in the world, I have stayed in 4 star hotels where the food wasnt so good. I aim to be back for another long stay next year. Thank you so much.
