Bali hotel

Have been going to the bali a few years we book directly rooms Have been refurbished to a high standard for a 3 star hotel we always go alinclusive all the staff in all departments are very welcome once again weve had a great holiday thanks to all at the bali

New year break

Read some reviews on trip advisor before arriving and they did not out me off but did think they were very harsh and i was right to think that. The staff were superb very friendly and helpful the food was very good and there was a good choice at all meal times. The hotel was spotless and the covid safety measures they had in place were excellent and you felt very safe being there. Wifi was very good and room cleaned every day and although there was work being done it did not intrude in your stay and to be honest you did not even notice. There was not many english staying at the time mainly spanish but i rather enjoyed that chatting to them and watching them enjoying their dancing and for me made the holiday more spanish which i like. I would certainly go back and would recommend the hotel and would like to thank all the staff for a lovely stay and all their hard work. Muchas gracias
