Excellent Hotel
Loved our trip, Our upgrade to premium was excellent from the room to the bar to the roof terrace, we couldn’t fault it, and want to return as soon as possible Thankyou

Great stay!
When booked we requested a room below 5th floor and was provided 4th floor with a pool view. Room cleaned daily, staff all friendly, entertainment staff were very nice especially Janette. Food was nice, always something to find. The only things I can say which could be better was the choice of music around the pool, it was a little bit too chilled and the bars could maybe have a cocktail list to show what is available. We had a great stay anyway, thank you for provided us with a fantastic holiday after 2 years.

Smells
Only disappointment was the awful smell from the drainage that was in the room

Great Hotel but …
Everything was wonderful at this hotel apart from the fact the air conditioning had been switched off and it was a hot week. This meant we didn’t sleep, were hot and sweaty in the room at all times and it really wasn’t nice. We bought a fan on day two, but being in a club room particularly we should not have had to do this. Overall the holiday was great again, staff are wonderful, food is great and we had a good stay and will come back. Please however consider the impact on your guests when turning the air con off, as everyone was complaining.

Holiday October 11th to 16th
Usual friendly greetings from excellent reception staff and medplaya Frida. Hotel clean and very aware of keeping to the current regulations regarding covid. Felt very comfortable and safe in and around the hotel also in Benidorm generally as everywhere rules and distances are being kept.I spent quite a long time with the TV film crew who were easy to get along with and tried to fit their schedule around my holiday plans.

Genial todo!
En las comidas faltaba más variedad en platos calientes y algunos colchones se notaban los muelles, por lo demás todo fantástico. Volveremos

Let down
No Air conditioning given a fan waste of time asked at the reception for it to be sorted 5 times 5th time I was given fan Not 4 star treatment pay for air conditioning and not received it think a fefund would be appropriate as sleep was absolutely ruined sweeting buckets

October break
Great hotel, we had upgraded to club booking which was definitely worth the little extra. All inclusive includes all names brands. Food was decent. Not sure if it was just due to time of year but little or no entertainment meant we had to go out of the hotel in the evenings. But overall would definitely go back
