Top class hotel and service

This hotel is the epitome of old fashioned hospitality. The hotel is run with a quiet confidence. The staff never seem to be fussing or in your way, yet the hotel is pristine and there is always someone on hand to help. I will definitely be back. Thank you, Jean

Holiday Review

This was our third stay at the Pez Espada and we really enjoyed our visit. The room was perfect with a lovely sea view. The staff were very helpful and polite and the food was plentiful and varied - we look forward to visiting this hotel in the near future.

Nice hotel

Very nice clubroom in nice hotel but the food in the evening was not so good

Great Location

Just spend a week in the Pez with friends and family. We had a very enjoyable holiday. The hotel is in a great location. The staff were very extremely helpful, service was excellent and the food was very good with lots of variety. The only negative comment I have is I think the rooms could do with an upgrade.

everything as expected , we liked the new layout outside of the entertainment roombar , very nice , but one small complaint somehow the chef manages to turn the lamb cutlets into almost inedible and tough cutlets , perhaps cooking them on a plancha would be more suitable

Pez Espada

Very enjoyable stay in Beach Front Club Room Good size room. Communication could be improved eg Complimentary wine not allowed to be consumed in resturaunt which led to embarrassing situation with head waiter. We noticed we were not alone in this experience. While we were there the book library was changed to by the pool. While staff were very helpful it was not easy to access the books and again no information on were they had gone! No information on how to obtain pool towels. Terrace area adjacent to entertainment area is a lovely area now and it is a pity it is not open during the day. This is however a lovely hotel and we are likely to return for a 4th visit.

Exceptional

My husband died at the end of March ,we had enjoyed your hotel in the past and so my girlfriend and I decided to have a short break . It was truly what I needed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I hope you really appreciate your staff as they are exceptional! Thanks, Irene Burnside
