Excellent Hotel..
Just arrived home from a 17 night stay at this excellent hotel. Having never been to Benidorm before plus reading all the negative comments we wasn’t sure what to expect.. All the staff from the minute we arrived was fantastic from reception, restaurant, bar, entertainment & cleaners that kept our room spotless. Clean towels everyday, sheets changed every few days. We went half board & the food was really lovely, plenty to choose from, we were never disappointed. Lovely rooms, & very comfortable beds. We absolutely loved this excellent hotel. It should be a 4 star. Thank you Regente. We will certainly be returning..

Las señoras del restaurante son muy amables y encantadoras. El encargado de restaurante en lineas generales bien.Personal de recepción y limpieza bordes sin mas.La comida fenomenal. Solo dos ascensores es un inconveniente.

Juan at the front desk is the Man, nothing too much Aggro for him. Natxo the entertainment guy was an absolute little diamond also

Good hotel room409
Check in was straight forward as we had missed dinner we were left a sandwich fruit yogurt and a bottle water.Rooms were fine although 2 days out of 6 the bathroom wasnt cleaned and balcony wasnt cleaned for 2days either. Staff were really pleasant and helpful we were lucky to keep the room on last day for an extra charge which was good.Jaun from the reception was really good and helpful also Jaun from restaurant was always cheery.Food was good always hot and good choices.Will definitely come back again.It was a pleasure not having to look for sun beds.
