Poor entertainment
Disappointed with the entertainment and build up to Christmas on Christmas Eve. Entertainment compare was beyond shocking. Entertainment was not aimed at the right age group and compare seemed to have music on a loop. Wont be looking at spending Christmas at this hotel unless you get this in order. Big let down. Food amazing and restaurant staff spot on .

Fue el hotel donde más a gusto me sentí...el personal fuera de serie amables, atentos, educados...muy familiares u serviciales Las habitaciones muy limpias, colchón muy cómodo y sabanas impecables La comida genial, mucha variedad y en todo momento los camareros y camareras pendientes de que no nos faltara nada En resumen volvere

Regente October
Stayed at the hotel Regente again October 2017 we stay here every year as we love the hotel its staff facilities food everything only complaint is the entertainment all the singers are very good its the silly games beforehand and the prizes for winning any but apart from that we have no complaints at all, brilliant hotel great location brilliant staff, keep up the good work will be back in Febuary
