Great hotel,but food a little dissapointing

ADECUADO
Fuimos a pasar los días de final e inicio de año, y encontramos el hotel acorde con lo esperado. El trato del personal fue fantástico y la comida del self service buena y variada dentro de su categoría. La animación estuvo bien, teniendo en cuenta que prima la comprensible atención a la abrumadora mayoría de ingleses. No había muchos niños, pero yo mejoraría la parte de animación destinada a ellos, agrupándolos para que se conozcan desde el principio, ya que algunso se encontraban algo aislados.

Poor entertainment
Disappointed with the entertainment and build up to Christmas on Christmas Eve. Entertainment compare was beyond shocking. Entertainment was not aimed at the right age group and compare seemed to have music on a loop. Wont be looking at spending Christmas at this hotel unless you get this in order. Big let down. Food amazing and restaurant staff spot on .
