Hello Robert We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the food as much as the Hotel Rio Park. The Hotel has never had "British Bacon" available on the buffet we still offer the two types that we have always had which is streaky and crispy bacon and the streaky bacon is on both the main buffet and the show cooking buffet this may be where you have had confusion.
