Small but Beautiful
You wont find a grand reception in fact from the outside compared to some you might even be disappointed dont let looks put you off. This is a truly fabulous hotel, tucked away down a little alley its the best hotel I have ever stayed, and believe me ive tried so very many. Top location being just one street from the sea front, Top food being mostly Brits it seems to cater to this with a twist of Spain Spotless clean ,we like the club rooms they have everything you could ever need , but nothing wrong with the other rooms spotless clean very nice, I know we never watch telly while away !!! but just in case they also have BBC and ITV and sky sports in your bedroom , Remember no children might not suit everybody again it does us. Lovely friendly hotel and all the staff are just really nice, Last thing if you dont fancy going out at night the entertainment is also very good, Happy Holiday.

central to everything
this is the second time we have stayed in this hotel it is very clean food is great staff friendly we were on floor 8 rooms refurbished wi fi was great happy hour was good going back next month thank you hotel ruidor

Quick Break
Nice clean hotel with reasonable prices for drinks. Good choice of food. Bedrooms and facilities good.

EXCELLENT HOTEL.
Lovely hotel. My wife and I had a marvellous time thanks to the staff. The staff were helpful, friendly and kind. The hotel room was fine but for us the staff makes the hotel what it is. I would not hesitate to come back to this hotel.

A little dissapointted
Found the hotel to be in perfect location for our party, rooms small and dated but very clean. Food was a disappointing was recommended by a friend who had stayed here Can only assume that the menu or chef has changed in winter ? Food was bland and not a lot of choice. Finally requested in 2 e mails for a high floor due to noise. Allocated floor 1, did not complain as we traveled in a party of 10 and it would be unfair to expect all to be relocated.

Good VFM But Food Hit And Miss
This was a late booking for 1night only. The facilities and the room were good and the value for money was excellent. We went half board however the food was a bit hit and miss with some dishes excellent and some poor. Would go back but with breakfast only.

top hotel
this is the best hotel for relaxing holidays no stag or hens,no kids screaming and running around,the staff are very good and polite which you would expect, most of the clients staying are over 50 and this hotel is perfect. central location for everything in the new town.

winter break
Stayed here many times before and really enjoy it. However I dont think the food seems as good in the winter as in the summer but it is still enjoyable. I think some of the rooms need a little updating and definately better pillows on the beds and perhaps sheets that actually are big enough to tuck under the mattress, these are just minor observarions. On the whole an enjoyable holiday.
