Thank You Frida.

This was our third enjoyable visit to the Riudor. We booked one of the new Club Rooms, which was very impressive. Unfortunately our return flight home was cancelled at the last minute Ryanair, and this is where we must mention Frida, the Medaplaya holiday rep. Frida, through sheer perseverance, was able to re-book our flight and transfer, and get us an extra three nights at the Regente. Without Fridas help we do not know what we would have done, so a very special thank you to Frida and to the two hotels for their understanding and help.

Fabulous Hotel

Fabulous hotel,another wonderful holiday made even better because we stayed in the new Club Rooms, They have everything from fridge,safe,kettle and the new beds are amazing a little wider as well as a deep sprung mattress, musnt forget free WIFI as well, Lots more but no space to mention. Great location by the way , cant wait to return soon, Thank you Riudor .xx

Friendly Hotel and Excellent Value for Money

Brilliant location, Friendly staff, All buffet meals with a good choice for all palates. A really good holiday we have been staying here for a week in January for the last eight years, during that time the staff have remained the same and I think this gives a really good team.

on arrival at riudor

when we got there medplaya had overbooked we had to stay in the rosimar for one night .but when we went back to the riudor next morning the staff was brilliant loved it we have booked for june 2nd with yourselves just hoping we are not overbooked again and we have asked for a end room if possible .we will be going regular great hotel. thankyou .next time we go friends are going but they have booked with thompsons .we have booked with yourselves

great holiday

hotel clean and tidy maids great clean towels every day room sptless food basic but good brittish food if thats what u like lifts a bit slow but i had all day ha ha bar staff a wee bit dour at times can do with a wee bit smile.meal times great staff very good my husband had his 60th their and managment gave hime a bottle wine .nice would i go back no just because entertainment could have been better every night quiz singers not enough disco music a lot elderly people at this hotel not lively enough for me and my husband and freinds'sga holiday i would call it but fair enough i had a good time by going out most times. Room Tip: walls thin herd everything noise cant hep with that not a quiet location sorry but love benidorm
